I ain't skeered ta show my failures, It may win me some feedback and great ideas on how not ta screw up next time..

Hey I pattented those jalapeno markers..

I wise man on a photography forum I used to post on said, "The difference between a professional and an amateur photographer is that the professional only shows you his good photos." Obviously, there's more to it than that, but he made a good point.
Regarding what I'll put up, I'll post my lessons learned (eg, a meatloaf I did today taught me some lessons, I'll post pics and lessons learned later). Also, if I do spatchcocked chicken, ribs or pulled pork, I'll post those just to see if I'm keeping up with the standards, or maybe departing from the standard and doing it my way.
My every day stuff such as plain old burgers, dogs, chops, etc probably won't make the post cause while I'll admit they are much better on the keg than anything else I cook on, I just ain't taking the time and they don't have the interest level of eggs benedict with hollandaise (sorry Hookem, interesting, but yuk for me on that), or the super complicated combo cooks you maestro's are capable of achieving.
Thanks for the encouragement guys, JD
