'Manager's Special!' $4.00! The mrs had a salad so I got to kick this one up. Rodak Coffee rub with some EVOO served up with canned Mexican style chili beans and chopped up jalapenos.





Yes. It was a perfect medium rare.

The outside looks really good, however med rare is too mooing for me. Gots to be med well at least. What exactly is Rodak Coffee Rub?

OK. No more Saudi Arabia looking T-Bones. So after me and the expert rug impressionist finished this one I believe it mostly resembles the big island of Hawaii Grin Grin



That middle part must be pretty darn hard if an 80lb Lab can't crunch it up!
