Saw the BSK at a Home&Garden show in Wichita KS and was intrigued so have been doing some research and reading through this forum. I WILL be getting a BSK within the next couple weeks. My wife and I do competition Q and are a licensed mobile food vendor. I see lots of possibilities for the keg, the first being comp chicken. Also its efficiency will be welcomed on small cooks as well as things like cake, cookies, etc. I look forward to using it and seeing what all I can do with it.

Welcome to the forum!

Sorry, but you can't use the BSK for comp chicken! Angry!  It would reduce "my" chances of winning significantly Sad LoL  Hope you'll stick around and post your results and experiences with your new BSK.

Luck,
Boat

Our local dealer has a demo unit that I will be picking up Saturday. I hope to be able to keep it for a couple weeks to get in some serious trials. Guess what I'll be doing Sunday Wink
