A soon to be kegger

Saw the BSK at a Home&Garden show in Wichita KS and was intrigued so have been doing some research and reading through this forum. I WILL be getting a BSK within the next couple weeks. My wife and I do competition Q and are a licensed mobile food vendor. I see lots of possibilities for the keg, the first being comp chicken. Also its efficiency will be welcomed on small cooks as well as things like cake, cookies, etc. I look forward to using it and seeing what all I can do with it.

Welcome to the forum!
Sorry, but you can't use the BSK for comp chicken!
! It would reduce "my" chances of winning significantly
LoL Hope you'll stick around and post your results and experiences with your new BSK.
Luck,
Boat

Not to worry Boat, I won't be doing any comps in GA unless I get on season XII of the BBQ Pitmasters

Our local dealer has a demo unit that I will be picking up Saturday. I hope to be able to keep it for a couple weeks to get in some serious trials. Guess what I'll be doing Sunday
